Here are some common questions about our Local Business Starter Package.

What if I already have a website?

Our local business starter package includes one professionally designed website to show case your services, a contact form and your local information.

If you already have a website, that's great! Your dedicated professional will optimize your site for SEO and make a few changes to follow websites best practices.

There is no reason to create an additional website and potentially hurt anyone online progress you existing website may have accumulated.

I just signed up, what's next?

Once you have submitted the form and payment through our checkout process, your dedicated professional will set up access to our client portal.

You will receive an invitation through the e-mail you provide to our client portal. You will be able to set your own password and message directly with your dedicated professional.

There may be a short form assigned to you for onboarding purposes. Be sure to fill it out as soon as possible so we can begin our process.

Are you setting up accounts on my behalf?

Yes. We will be setting up Google services under our company on your behalf.

All of the information we will need to successfully set up these accounts will be the basic information you will supply us with. You will not have to give us any sensitive personal information. Mainly just your business information such as business name, business address, business phone number and email address.

Any information we receive from our clients will never be shared or sold to any third party company.

What if I cancel my subscription, will I lose my progress online?

Absolutely not. If our website or SEO services are not your cup of tea, we completely understand and have no problem granting you access and allowing you to take over the Google services we have opened on your behalf. After all, it's your business.

For the marketing website, there is a minimal amount of payment for hosting fees and services that are due on a yearly basis ($99 / Yr). If you want to keep and take over your marketing website, we will set up the payment arrangement and grant you access to the editor.

Can I request changes to the website? Can I use my own images?

Absolutely! When you sign up for Peak Growth's services you get access to your own personal client portal. Within the portal you can talk with your dedicated professional, request changes, send images or files, view / pay invoices and receive your monthly reports.

We wanted to make it easy as possible for our clients to communicate with us. We don't want our clients to sit in a customer service queue or have to wait days for a response.
